Chief Financial Officer
Frank joined the DiBrina Group, an organization passionate about assisting its clients in achieving their individual and corporate financial needs as its Chief Financial Officer in August of 2012. Frank started his career with KPMG in Sudbury Ontario after graduating from Laurentian University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1999. While at KPMG, Frank went on to pursue his Chartered Professional Accounting designation and eventually worked his way up to Senior Manager within the company. During his time at KPMG, Frank actively worked on a number of consulting projects, providing guidance to some of the largest mining and manufacturing companies in the world, on improvements to their internal controls over financial reporting processes in order to be compliant with their regulatory requirements.
Frank left KPMG in 2010, accepting the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources at NORCAT in Sudbury and assumed the role of Interim CEO in April 2012 during its transition to new CEO after 17 years. In August of 2012, Frank was recruited by the DiBrina Group to join its team as Chief Financial Officer. Frank has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Internal Controls and Financial Planning.
Frank is also actively involved in the community as he sits on the Audit Committee for the Rainbow District School Board as a community representative. He is also the acting Treasure for CAMIRO, a local not-for-profit organization specializing in research and development targeted at the Mining sector.
